With beginning of March a new ranked system headed to card game Hearthstone. Unfortunately this did not happen without complications. It took up to 36 hours for the developers to fix the bug.

Blizzard expressed this in a short report where they apologized to the community and, as compensation for the failure of their services, gave all players three card packes of last expansion. Kobolds and Catacombs for free.
