God of War from Santa Monica Studio became a world hit and one of the best games of 2018 immediately after it had been released. However, it was unclear whether it was able to attract enough players even after a long time from the release and if the sales were still so good. Now we know that the game is still very popular and is still on top of the chart even after 5 weeks.

The released charts of UK games sales have just shown that God of War is at the top of the chart for the fifth consecutive week which is an amazing success. This means it is attacking the position of the most successful exclusive game published by Sony. So far, The Last Of Us is the best one because it managed to be at the top of the chart for 6 consecutive weeks.

So, will God of War manage to overcome this record and become even better? It’s hard to say. The only thing, which is clear, is that it will be very difficult to top the chart next week considering the anticipated game Detroit: Become Human is released on Friday. Thus, it will be definitely very interesting to watch how much this interactive drama will change the actual chart.
