Earlier this year, Blizzard developers celebrated their 20th anniversary of their cult RPG Diablo. The event was called The Darkening of Tristram, which allowed play whole Diablo 1  through the Diablo 3 retro coat.

The event is based on using RetroVision™ technology, which giving players nostalgic moments. The enjoyment of the game is underlined by a great soundtrack and well-known items, iconic objects and messages such as "AHH, FRESH MEAT!".

The most important thing, however, is that from January 1, 2018, players will again be able to play this event and experience the main moments of Diablo 1, which later laid the foundations of modern RPGs. This event will end on January 31, 2018, so if you're a Diablo veteran or a novice, you definitely should not miss this event!
