In a recent Twitter post, Sergey Galyonkin, the director of a publishing strategy mentioned about refund policy which was amended to 14 days at maximum since the title's release with 2 hours played at most. So, they wanted to prevent lots of refunds made and adjust the policy to Steam's well-established one from Valve Corporation.
At this moment, the is no self-service to be provided which would make the process faster automatically, but the end user must contact support and provide lots of information connected with the refund policy.
Recently, a user had to fill a form and send it to support service, answer lots of questions linked to a debit card from which money was sent and other things for verification. Galyonkin also said that this long process ensured the people higher security level. Newly, make a request should be more comfortable without all the confirmation.
