iOS (formerly iPhone OS) is an operating system which is developed by Apple only for their own mobile devices. Originally, it was being developed only for iPhone but it later expanded also on other Apple devices such as iPod Touch and iPad. Currently, it is one of the most popular operating systems designed for mobile devices.
