Nintendo will launch a new premium paid service Nintendo Switch Online next week through it you will be able to connect with players on Switch and share a passion for multiplayer. Alongside the launch of the service, it will be necessary to pay certain fee granting you access to 20 games playable within the time of subscription. The service also provides the multiplayer connection with other gamers. Some of the games will have an exception, such as Fortnite.

“Some games, such as Fortnite, can be played online without a Nintendo Switch membership,” Nintendo explains.

It is, for sure, the excellent news for legions of Fortnite fans. Fortnite was also the first game which supported voice chat via any headphones without using Nintendo's application. It seems Nintendo is servile in relation to Fortnite and it doesn't have to conform to some of its more arcane restrictions on the Nintendo Switch.
