Although Naughty Dog's The Last of Us title was delayed here comes an ESRB rating. They rated it 17+, so there is no big difference from the first part. In the description of the game, we can find rough speech, violence, narcotics, but also nudity and sexual behaviour.

The Last of Us Part II will be the first game from Naughty Dog, which is marked like that. It was certain from the first footages that the second part points at adult players, but it seems that the second part will be more brutal and rougher than the first part.
