The Evil Within 2 from Tango Gameworks was released a couple of months ago but the developers still support it in order to offer something new even after the release. Thanks to the newest update, we got an important new feature which will make the game even more interesting.
Starting today, players of The Evil Within 2 can download a new update which allows them to play the game entirely in first-person. The update is completely for free and it is available for owners of any platform the game was released on. This means, really everyone can try it.
After you download the update, you only need to navigate to settings and change the corresponding feature. It is possible to change this setting at any point so you can freely switch between first-person and third-person. It is also great to know that the new mode will be implemented into a trial version of the game as well so opening chapters in first-person can try even those who do not own the game at all.
In order to imagine better how the “first-person mode” looks like, the developers have released a new trailer which introduces the mode. You can check it out below at the end of the article.
The Evil Within 2 is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows.
